  • what is really sad about this is the way he acted like it was just the normal thingi and it happened to everyone...sadly I had that feeling when i was young

  • my father is also asshole....hate him....

  • o i actually thought there was gonna b a breakthrough in this one

  • You can see how sick Peter was, and the way Brad looked at him at 3.44 made me cry - so sad.

  • Everybody loves Raymond is the only show that can have my in tears from laughing and in tears from how deeply emotional the backbone story is

  • Frank is my favorite character. Sure he can be an ass (which is funny lol) but he also can be serious and "sensetive" you could say. Like when Robert was gored by the bull. Frank was worried when it happened, and Ray was the one crackin all the insensetive jokes.

  • that explainswhy frank chooses

to rather make fun of his kids then hitting them. poor frank.

  • can some one tell me that one ep where raymond and his brother are figthing and there pareants are in the room and the brothers told the lies and secrets to there parents please respond ?

  • @NARATO0

You may be thinking of the episode in season 7, called "The Disciplinarian."

  • at 2.46 roberts face is GOLD hahahaahahabwhah

  • How come there are all these partial episodes uploaded, but no one has a full season?? Anyone have it and can upload??

  • What a great scene. Too bad the whole episode isn't available. Thanks for this though.

  • Wow what a beautiful scene. God Bless Peter Boyle.

  • Finally an Everybody Loves Raymond clip with no dislikes.

  • RIP frank

  • Such a good episode. It's moments like this, the funny/sad moments that i like about a good sitcom. especially a family sitcom. and i will be hated by ppl, but whatever. this is kind of the things i like about the show Reba.(who btw, share director, Will McKenzie.)

  • @juan5557903 and that's how you get a good show.

  • what does it mean did he hit robert?

  • cute: " dad can we get ice cream?"

  • I have noticed something about this show, that makes it stand out from all the rest of comedy sitcomes. The story behind it is actually very well developed, and hints of it slips out throughout the show.

Like Robert's Chin thing, a really funny thing, but at the same time a very sad thing

  • Forget psychotherapists and Oprah...

THIS is how guys get it out- with other guys, over a burger or a drink, with maybe some TV on, or else maybe out playing football or at a shooting range or something...

  • In this scene, Frank is "The man".

  • awww the way frank said, "sure, i got hit every day".... tears tears

  • bbut its true....people used to hit there kids and all....(heard it from my gramps and parents)

  • What's sad is when Frank talks about the whole abuse thing he goes from this fiery, argumentative young at heart man to a sad, old man. I never like seeing people like that.

    It's a testament to Peter Boyle's talent.

  • @PeterBluth wow when i read ur comment it made me cry...:(

  • "Cuz you two were a couple of monkey's asses!" LOL!!

  • Was that the best response or what??? I'm LMAO!!!

  • finally we seem inside knowledge about Frank's past and why he is aloof to emotion and cynical.

  • say 8!

  • very funny .. who ever agres please meagge me .

can some PLEASE uplaod the full epiode of this .

  • that one line "sure i got hit everyday" strong stuff. frank baron living legend

  • you could feel the change of mood when he said "when he wasn't hitting me"

  • i loved how these guys get caught in their lie when the women read the newspaper.

  • great episode

  • thats harh

  • never heard of the obituaries?

  • Comment removed

  • frank became a far better man for not following his dads footsteps.i applaude you sir

  • Great clip, great episode, and a great show. ELR is one of the best sitcoms of all time.

  • thats fricken great lol

  • It's so sad to hear Frank say that about his dad. :(

  • ROBERT: "Of course we took it personaly, you're our FATHER!" LOL. The first time I saw the episode, I couldn't stop laughing.
