Ach, Like everyone else here I can't beleive whats happened, I just finished season 6 tonight and in my haste rushed to see if there was another coming out then saw what the news was, May sound pathetic but this show, particularly her & Chad's relationship helped me get out of depression, So dissapointed its gone, Hilarie Burton has a youtube vid explaining it and she looks so un-convinced about her choice, Such a shame !

well, i never was a fan of leyton, but i do love peyton as a character, seeing as how i relate to her for the music, and not being understood and all that crap...but Hilarie and Chad are both leaving the show.

i gonna miss hilarie burton/peyton elizabeth sawyer scott. it was the caracter who gave me hope and strengh. coze from me tree hill was more than a show. I know tha hilarie asked to keep watching tree hill but I really cannot. I hope to find a similar show even if it's almost impossible.

I wish Hil doesn't have to go..I personally think that of one of the major 5 disappears, OTH will lost the magic and Peyton is one hell of a character...she's irreplaceable and she's going to be missed!!

No. Her name is Peyton Elizabeth Sawyer. Her adoptive parents named her after her birth mom, Elizabeth aka Ellie. Brooke just called her Peyton Marie Sawyer cause...well, she's Brooke and gives people random nicknames lol

OHHHH GOSH!!!! I've just watch this video, and it's gonna sound really stupid but i just wanna cry so much, that's crazy but first of all, AMAZING video, amazing song, amazing character and AMAZINGLY AMAZING ACTRESS REALLY!!!!

And thinking that she won't be anymore on OTH really makes me so sad, it will never be the same =( (even if there is still so many great, and very talented actors)

im not really all that borthered that peyton is leaving. i liked her like end of season 2-season 3 but not anymore. Why does everyone keep saying chads not coming back? the only thing i heard about him was that he didnt want to. but i dont think they would have another season without lucas. its pretty much his show, at least it started out as his show...its like dawsons creek minus dawson

i've alwasy liked Peyton...just not with Luke...i've read spoilers for the finale...Chad hasn't signed on for next season...which means Hilarie won't come back cause of their characters being together. He goes, she goes. but i get what you mean. Its not gonna be the same without 'Lucas'.

I am going to miss Hilarie on One Tree Hill so much, but I am kind of glad that both her and Chad are going so Leyton can have a happy ending ♥ I wish her all the luck in the future. Peyton is my favourite character as I can connect with her on so many levels and Hilarie just did an amazing time potraying her. I wont be watching OTH anymore if its definite that she and Chad are leaving as I dont see the point, she and Leyton were the only reason why I watch it, OTH will never be the same :(
