I liked this video. I don't think it's making fun of hip-hop; it's more of a self-parody, I would say. It's making fun of teachers (in a good-natured way) by showing how they're not "cool" or "street" the way rappers are. It's funny because they're pretending to be uber-cool when we (and they) know that teachers are often considered to be the exact opposite.
