This piece of music can be found on William's latest album "Music From Ireland And Scotland" on which he collaborated with Gráinne Hambly to produce such beautiful music. Thanks to both of them.
Absolutely Beautiful !!! What great harpers they both are!!! This is music made and played in heaven...A Irish and a Scots harper together.....a marriage made in heaven. Thank you for sharing this with us....much appreciated.
I play the harp, and I just learned a quick short version of this without a book with my teacher. I love this song and hopefully I'll be able to add my left hand in soon! Beautiful job!!
I THINK YOU AMERICANS ARE SICKOS. YOU BRING NOTHING BUT TRASH TO THIS WORLD WITH YOUR OBESITY AND HAMBURGERS GOOD ON THE THE RAGHEADS WHO FUCK YOU OVER. HERES TO SEPTEMBER 11
@wetnwild80 Who do you think you are to say that? You're probably an American in the first place. That's the stereo type! Not all of us are obeice. And you're celebrating the 9-11? To the many parents, aunts, uncles, and friends that died? What are you, a devil worshiper? You have no right to say that! Get out of here! This is beautiful harp music, not your weird hating site.
@justinbieberluva06 please be calm, many of us have lost friends, and family to 9-11, whether we be Irish, Scottish, English, Welsh, American, or Canadian (in my case). There's no reason to be willing to cut eachothers throats open. I'm unsure why Wetnwild80 wrote such slanderous remarks, but I'm hoping he does not actually wish death to anyone. considering 9-11 was not just an attack on America, but on the whole world, considering people from all over the world worked in the world trade center.
William Jackson is my inspiration. When I heard him 7 years ago I knew I wanted to play the celtic harp and could not postpone it any time later. Aaaah, when will he come back to Europe ?
*Sits in awe with a great big smile on his face and tears spilling from both eyes.* Who could not fall in love with Celtic music after hearing a tune played like this? I certainly have.
Beautiful! I only learned of Grainne H. recently, when I saw her play at the Joe Banjo Burke festival in East Durham NY... and I only learned this song recently via an old Chieftains album. Harp of course gives the song a different feel vs pipes.
And thank you to whoever posted this video, for having such a good, thorough list of Tags, otherwise I'd never have found it.

Mighty duet. The two harps make an unexpectedly powerful sound.
