  • This is Music is so Awsome it's like nectar from HEAVEN!

  • where's 5:16 at?

  • This takes me back to Detroit circa 1984.

  • I believe this is a cut from "Indianola Mississippi Seeds," half of which is produced by Carole King, and on which she plays piano, the other half of which is produced by Leon Russell, ditto. I believe this is one of the Carole King tracks, and the strings remind me an awful lot of another C. King collaboration, with Aretha, "Natural Woman..."

Anyone know if it's the same arranger?

Maybe even the same arranger as the string writer on "Haven't Got Time For The Pain" by C. Simon?

  • I bought this album, when I was in high school. The cover was lime green, with the names of the musicians. Ringo Starr was the drummer and his headline was,"Ringo Starr, a very nice drummer." The cover was really weird looking. This tune (Ghetto Woman), was on it. Caldonia and my mom used to listen to it with me. Great piece of work.
