Pertaining to this video in specific, Rallysportdirect is an authorized dealer for all the brands we carry. Every part that comes in and out of our warehouse is truly genuine.
If Perrin says that your able to use the stock BOV and there is enough clearance and everything for the HKS unit then there shouldn't be a problem. You might struggle with the same problems by running an aftermarket BOV with a stock intercooler (Running too rich/lean, etc)
@rallysportdirect well would you recommend the TiAL Q BOV? The only reason I am asking about the HKS BOV is my friend gave me his and I need a good BOV.
@rallysportdirect Really? In that case I might as well choose that Q.
I understand their is some welding involved. That isn't going to be a big problem is it? I've gotten some things from RSF before I have to say you guys have a good inventory so I trust all your products are all a good choice.
Usually welding on the BOV isn't a problem. I haven't heard of it ever being a problem. As long as your able to weld it on, put it back in the location needed and have plenty of clearance you should be alright.

just so you can install in your car ? or should with turbo ?
evdekisesegel 8 months ago
@evdekisesegel you have to have a turbo. the blow off valve is placed so the built up pressure has a way of escaping.

@shizzel122
It is relatively easy to install a Blow Off Valve.
Should be 2 bolts and a few hoses and thats all.

@BBSroll This is designed more for a Top Mount application.

Heavens yes I would recommend a Tial BOV.
I've never been disappointed with any Tial product.
Honestly, one of the best BOV, Wastegate companies out on the market!
