  • I choose myself as my personal government official.

  • This already is a voluntary system, you opt in when you bond in threw your birth certificate and accept the benefits and privileges of citizenship. The only way to opt out is to form your own government, but you have be able to perform sovereign functions and meet all ends of government.

You can't go to war with your oppressor and you can't sit around and expect the king to build your kingdom for you.

  • Awesome. Your anti government, anti Christianity.

Congratulations on being an idealist anti chris piece of shit. I'm sure your parents are proud.

  • Existing gov will not recognize it u have the taiwan problem with china, it is like u are paying rent twice to 2 governments - taxes to the first & time to the second. It seems more a play to get u to be more of a slave. Like calling rent to the state 'taxes' because u believe u 'own' something it makes u a more productive slave for them. U don't own anything u rent from the state, don't pay u'r rent (taxes) & see how long u keep it. I'll wait for destruction-ism instead & take my chances

  • VG? ??

how bout something more creative like ACF. (autonomous civilian federation)

Lemme know if there's any way i could help get one started.

  • hey TehBANN3D , 2 wolves and a sheep deciding whats for dinner is a democracy. in a republic, the sheep has a gun.

  • No. A republic is merely a representative form of government. There is no guarantee that citizens will be allowed to remain armed in a republic.

And you didn't actually respond to my post.

  • my mistake, I meant a constitutional republic. Not platos' i stand by my definition of democracy[mob rule, majority whatever]

  • gnarly

  • It's like this solution is a socialists dream, but rigged get libertarians to do it, what happens when the rest of the country does is and we get to learn about democracy tyranny? 5 hours of work? Not sure, I'm thinking I not going help anyone till they take the gun away from my head, till they do that I'm beginning to think riding out the collapse will be far better. At least we will have a chance to escape when the people holding the guns working for the state need to find food.

  • Yeah I don't see this as a great solution. Maybe there will be more in part 2, but it seems like the only thing that could possibly drive such an organization is some outdated collectivist mechanism. Why would we want to form a democracy in the first place? Same with a republic. Why would we want to trade a few hundred tyrants in Washington for a handful here in NH? I can easily avoid the Washington thugs. It's harder to avoid the State thugs and would be even harder with this new system.

  • There are a few on here that have no sense of humor. As my origional satatement " a horrible analogy" was stated as sardonic humor. Big deal, its a bad joke. So what. It would be funny to those who could see what I was truely referencing. get a life and stop wasting time picking apart peoples statements.

  • its not about Dems or Reps both are baught and sold by corporate entities to ensure the continued enslavement of the people regardless of creed. Anyone who is well aquainted with history will see that the few at the top, Devide the many at the bottom in order to maintain control!

  • Please press the "reply'" button when you, you know, make a reply, so I get notified.

  • Well, you said it, a FALSE analogy, and if you knew the history of this analogy you would realise the deversion, As it stands you make it abundantly clear how your ignorance and arrogance dance hand in hand!

  • cool idea, I hope it catches on in NH

  • The people are free to form a new government any day they wish. Now if the masses knew this and understood their powers, the current government would shake in its boots.

  • Every day, the Democrats in both houses ask Republicans for just such a suggestion, since Republicans hate what they like to call "big government."

However, they never come up with shit. Conservatives love to point out problems but never offer solutions.

  • I find it both entertaining, yet sad that the person railing about people not knowing what a red herring is attacks my red herring. LOL! BTW Michael I am no paterfamilias.

  • Holy shit, you don't know either?

A red herring is something that distracts attention from the real issue. It's not an incidental tangent or an attempt to set up false arguments, like strawmen or false analogies.

For example, in a mystery novel, a red herring is designed to deceive the reader on purpose, perhaps by setting up a possible suspect only to later reveal that suspect's innocence.

  • Second the use of ad hominym is one of the many recognised falicies in debate. So because of this I no longer have the " burden of proof" so to speak to prove myself. On the other hand you do.

  • Thats devices, not devises typo.

  • Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on whats for dinner. in a republic the sheep has a gun!

  • That's the stupidest analogy I've ever read.

  • @p00lman Says the man who apparently doesn't know the history of this statement. I think that you are opperating on a STUPID assumption!

  • Okay, tell me about the time sheep had guns, grampa.

  • @p00lman I really don't think that this is where the discussion really begins so no I won't tell you. I am not sure you are literate enough to really weigh in. So I will pose a question to you... What are the 8 literary devises?

  • 1. Metaphor has nothing to do with history.

    2. There are more than eight literary devices.

    3. It's DEVICES, not DEVISES.

  • @p00lman Now this is a real discussion, yes you are correct there are more than eight but there are eight that are considered the most important. And I will state that earlier I was acused of a stupid analogy. First, I would like to state that you have no idea what motivation I had in posting that analogy. So don't be suprised if you are wrong about who I am.

  • I don't care why you wrote that analogy or what your intention behind it was. The analogy itself is terrible.

Moreover, the US is a democratic republic. A republic is a form of government, and a democracy is the process by which it functions. The terms are not mutually exclusive, but rather coexist nicely.

  • @p00lman "Terrible" is certainly your oppinion, and I agree entirely with what you stated thereafter! I will stake, that you think it is terrible due to the fact you are unaware of its origin. they are not my words.

  • I don't need to know the origin. As it stands, the analogy you quoted is a terrible analogy.

  • @PatriotNames: A republic is just as stupid an idea as a democracy and neither form of gov't guarantees the sheeple guns. It was a bloody horrible analogy. Since you quoted it, you are responsible for the content. Passing it off as someone else's problem just because you didn't say it first is childish at best. Insulting pool's intelligence was unnecessary. It is abundantly clear that you are a simpleton.

    Good Day.

  • @GaurdDuck Yes, poor ole pooleman, give a break! The guy tried insulting mine from the begining. I wanted him prove himself as he does me. I don't disagree with all he says. Just his method of disrespectful criticism. I am no simpleton and your judgement and intolerance concern me that you are a biggot! Good Day!

  • A bigot? How so? FYI, I wasn't defending pool so much as just saying that your statements were conduct unbecoming of intelligent lifeforms. The fact that you never logically refuted his claims, but elected instead to criticize his grammar and question his literacy shows that you are a simple-minded parrot who is only capable of of repeating what you hear but not of defending it in civilized debate.

  • @GaurdDuck There is a difference in calling names and questioning behavior. I did not call you a biggot, I simply stated that I was concerned that you may be one, considering your subjective aproach. In "civilized" debate you are not required to defend your position if an insult is huled. So no my lack of response proves nothing. I never critisized his grammar, but he did critisize mine. I questioned his intellegence because his first comment was an insult.

  • Thats hurled not huled.

  • No. A republic is two wolves and a sheep deciding who will decide what's for dinner.

  • Actually as I've been thinking about all of this. Our government was INTENDED to be self government. Each and every individual was SUPPOSED to be sovereign in their property. That was the whole intent of the framers thinking and mindset.

If we would just get back to the original constructionist view of the present constitution we would have one of the best systems ever known to man kind.

Being "sovereign" simply means having the right to rule.

Our current system is sold out to the banks.

  • So a government that receives it's power by the consent of the governed?

    What a neat concept!

  • Competition produces a better product/service.

  • F#!$ that. I don't want more leaders. I want less. Like 0.

  • I guess I'm losing track of comments on this.

I'm probably one of the "idiots" so I'll just shut up.

  • How about a Agorism model? Ultimately no real government control only voluntary exchange and economy.

  • "U.S. Citizenship" is voluntary.

We DO have the option to lawfully opt out of the corrupt de facto Federal USA corp Gov.

The expatriation act cleared just prior to the implementation of the 14th amendment. Why? Because they had to provide a lawful remedy for what they were about to do..enslave us slowly and cautiously while letting us believe we are free.

14th amendment people. Look it up. You are a voluntary servant at birth unless you take action to lose the "U.S. Citizen" status.

  • By moving out, you mean.

  • No.

The u.s.A is not itself a country, but a concept; it is a management structure formed to protect the states and with strictly limited power direct international affairs (including between the states/countries)

"U.S. Citizen" status is federal and did not exist prior to 1868 when all born in any union state were so labeled.

We own the right and power to remove this voluntary 14th amendment status that exchanges our republic for the corporate tyranny we now call our federal government.

  • Uh, yeah, let's just shift everything back 150 years. Would you like slaves again, too?

  • The subject of slavery is a red herring.

No man who has not caused harm or loss to another should be subject to harm or loss by any other man or group of men, not by force nor by trickery.

Do you prefer voluntary servitude by deception?

U.S. Citizens- by "force of law" suffer loss of "privileges", fines, & imprisonment if they fail, as "taxpayers", to return the monetized fruits of their labor to the very source of force and power-

Are told they are free and so hopelessly enslaved.

  • No, you obviously have no idea what a "red herring" means.

  • Teacher: Johnny, why did 500,000+ Americans die during the Civil War?

Johnny: Abraham Lincoln wanted to free the slaves.

Teacher: Good boy johnny. You get a gold star and get to move on to the next grade!

The Civil War was not fought with the main goal being to emancipate the slaves but to divide and conquer and defeat state sovereignty over the Federal Government.

As I said, the topic of slavery directs the argument away from the key issues that explain why we remain servants still today.

  • Nice to know that in your little white bread world, slavery was not an issue.

Try telling that to any black American. See how they react.

  • I did not say that slavery was not an issue. I said that it was not THE issue.

Try telling any American who descended from the slave trade that their ancestors were freed from the shackles of their owners only to be discreetly reclassified, "tagged" if you will, a servant of the state known thereafter as U.S. Citizen.

History is written by the victors.

Give descendants of slavery truth. That their UNalienable rights were never acknowledged. See then how they react.

  • And how exactly do you propose to prove or provide evidence for this conspiracy theory?

  • The proof of the pudding is in the eating.

  • Yes, and when it never comes to pass . . . ?

  • It passes.

You are quite the cynical Grinch but there is still hope for you.

    --

Theyre finding out now that no Liberty is coming!

Theyre just waking up! I know just what theyll do!

Their mouths will hang open a minute or two,

Then the Whos down in Whoville will all cry BooHoo!

Thats a noise, grinned the Grinch, That I simply MUST hear!

So he paused. And the Grinch put his hand to his ear. And he did hear a sound rising over the snow.

It started in low. Then it started to grow....

  • Holy shit, you're a fucking moron.

"The proof of the pudding is in the eating" means that you can only prove something by experiencing it firsthand.

You're not talking about people experiencing something firsthand, you're talking about people continuing not to experience something that's not experiencing (which they actually are experiencing, but you imagine they're not).

You're not making any kind of substantial argument. You're just using terms you don't understand.

  • Are you OK? Seriously, do you realize how disturbed, contentious, bitter, angry, and contemptuous your words appear?

Do you really enjoy playing the role of some enlightened yet misanthropic genius? If so I am sad for you.

Look, you asked me how I'd "prove" my stance. I could cite lines of U.S. Code detailing remedy (evidence of the condition) but code is known to be more puzzle than proof and alone proves nothing. Only applied action and experience will.

My figure of speech stands correct.

  • @CredoVeritas He doesn't, he's just a poor lonely soul in Korea with no real friends, So he has created a fictional world on YouTube, where he is God and we are his subjects. So he and his buddy, GaurdDuck can argue semantics infinitum. Only the Lonely!

  • Interesting, this is news to me. Please, tell me more about myself.

  • "My figure of speech stands correct."

What the fuck does THAT mean?

    Go back to school, child.

  • @p00lman first of all I don't. I don't think that it is important enough to argue about if you are not receptive. Also, I do not find that this is the most convenient method to give a list of references. If you are patient I can provide you with a list of every historical reference. Honestly, Due to working on my thesis I do not have much time to continue this debate.

  • You have learned the facts of why Lincoln was murdered by England through Booth. Who like Lee Harvey Oswald was murdered before they testified. Proof of a cover up and an easy way to hide the subvert the motive and the perps. The blacks were never going to be freed as Lincoln had statedin the news papers in 1864 but rather reclassify them as US citizens with civil rights under the 14th amendment. Blacks law book states Granting makes the granter the Parent or legal guardian. Thus US citizen=kids

  • You must submit a claim of right that you intend to be a sovereign and become fully responsible for your actions under common law. give them 30 days to respond but I must warn you 99% of this country is restricted from your use its a corporate based country now. The illuminati capstone is being placed at this moment. When its on there is no turning back and they know this. That is how Obama and his delema with forced vaccinations was walking a fine line. honestly they can but they loose illusion

  • Ridley - I think you are confusing Veohblow's brainstorm with a brainfart. No wait.....it was just a plain old fart - never mind.

  • I would enjoy more videos from my viewers about how my other viewers are idiots.

  • @RidleyReport Well - you're replying to the right guy then. But seriously....?....Veohblows? I may take sarcastic exception to many of your commenters thoughts; however, I can think of several who have offered up more thoughtful observances than Veohblow's blowhard half witted wish that he "knows" where all the government employees hang out. LOL.

  • So FreeStaters according to Veohblows should go harass government employees @ church and impede their freedom of religion & engage in ecclesial terrorism. Nice, becuase as the dualist lemmings of the Antichrist well know it's all the Xian's fault. "Government bad. Must be evil Xians." This is a predominantly Christian country. Get used to it and learn to work with it not against it. Is the Free State Anartchist Utopia = to an intolerant atheist paradise? It seems so.

  • I think pointing out in public that Public officials are corrupt to both there fellow man and to God is a fitting shoe for them to wear. The uncomfortability of their dis honor to have a duel oath sets them apart as a traitor to either party. First to the people through the constitution second to the BAR who is an English front for the Bank of England and the IMF

  • Napalm sticks to g-men.

  • going to their chruches makes sense...you can talk about the immoral murders and thefts that the statists help perpetuate. Whether you are theist or not, you can truthfully state that the teachings of jesus are not on the side of violent/racketeering statists.

  • you said Ireland many times, you probably meant Iceland right?

  • A free market model of government worked in Iceland for 300 years. Murray Rothbard wrote a lot about it.

The problem with a competing government is that government insists on maintaining a monopoly on most of their services.

Get your driver's license from the alternative government, and see if the existing government will recognize it. Your standards could be WAY more demanding than the current ones, but government won't care about that. You must PAY THEM or you are a "criminal."

  • true, that's why I always say we need private security forces, and even more importantly, a private monetary system to fund it.

  • Please dont confuse criminal with a statute thank you respect. A crime must have corpus dilecti or damage shown a victim. You could ask the Judge to state for the record if any motor vehicle sattute was broken if its a crime? he will have no choice to say no. If he dose say yes he is ignorant and must forget about the infraction. It is so from Roman maximum's he who asks good questions learns well. They are betting you gave them the excuse to have jurisdiction through ignorance.

  • I'm familiar with many of the sorts of "legal arguments" you are talking about. It's all mental masturbation. They DO NOT CARE whether their laws or courts are just. They don't need me to "give them" anything, because they are accustomed to TAKING what they want anyway.

They have legitimized the initiation of force as their monopoly right. It simply doesn't matter that it isn't truly legitimate. They have more guns, and the "legal authority" to use them. You and I do not.

  • @klaptongroovemaster

Agreed. Another key reason VG's are not ideal is because they would take away focus from certain specializations in the marketplace. A business that focuses on providing 1000 services instead of 5 , is in many cases going to become cumbersome and less efficient. VG's would likely suffer this same problem. A totally free society can develop perfectly well without governments or "VGs" but "VGs" might be a good concept to introduce to people who can't quite grasp that..

  • Going ware? Call me stupid but I don't know what social group that guys talking about. I hope he doesn't mean church because not all of us are theists.

  • wow that was greatly taken out of context...

  • just remember that, if implemented, it be a republic, not a democracy. i need to keep my rights, i thank you lol

  • Right, use it is very important to use the latin language and not the greek language when describing the concept.

  • Wow .... it's an interesting concept.

I can see a lot of dangling issues that would probably take a number of years to work out before it's really implemented.

Just some serious issues of who and how things like roads and "general welfare" issues are taken care of.

Taxation is probably something we will never be able to escape completely in one form or another. That's probably where the sticky wicket would be the stickiest of the sticky wicket's stickiness.

  • You think taxation is as inevitable as much the same way as a slave would think servitude was inevatiable. The truth is, a new state is formed when enough people decides to act as one and it is nothing the old state can do about it other than a civil war.

  • I'm not a slave, nor a serf nor do I believe it is inevitable that we will become any of those.

If you want to live on your property and never leave it then that's just fine. But as soon as you need to cross another persons property to get to a market you will need some type of variance. Are you going to walk? Are you going to drive a car? If so, whose property will you travel on?

  • I think we need to claim our solo sovereignty then when enough people are in agreement we form a society of freemen like the concept Robert Arthur of the menard family. A freeman on the land. Get the freee-book by Mary Elizabeth Croft . Hopefully this sovereignty movement will come to fruition.

  • "A truly sovereign nation is a nation made up of truly sovereign individuals."

    -Kevin Plank

  • Very true The American Indians are truly sovereign look up Russel mean he is working on taking back the land by a claim of right from the corporation we know as the USA. he is allowing all people who reside there to stay but to REJECT all Corporational status to keep out the COPS and MILITARY people will not have taxes and silver will be the currency.

  • That is why the concept of common law applies on public roads. Not maratime jurisdiction they need to stop assuming because we have a car on the road it has to be under there jurisdiction. to find out the true meaning of a word look at the assumption and the implications of the assumptions. Menard is correct in how the courts work. But in respect to your question of who's land a % must be donated to the public for travel and public congragations fully free from any jurisdiction other than comnlw

  • If you have a dispute with a neighbor or someone commits a crime against you, how will you handle that? Who will establish justice? Who will pay for all of this?

    Taxes? Fees? levies? Fines?

    And then there's

    Fire dept?

    Sewage?

    water?

    Bridges?

  • the sheriff. and us lawfully not legally that was the problem from the start.

  • Members of juries establish justice. What ever happened with HB 1347 in NH? NH seems close to requiring that those on jury duty be informed that they are both judging the facts of the case as well as whether or not the law in question serves justice.

  • My point in asking all of those questions is "where does the money come from to have those facilities?

I made a comment about having some form of revenue through taxation and suddenly I'm advocating being a slave or destined for slavery.

I oppose taxes more than you know. I went 9 years without participating in the income tax system. I'm no stranger to fighting in that monster.

But there are still issues of who, what, when and where the funding comes from for certain civic facilities.

  • you don't need money to facilitate any of that, in a traditional "public sector". the private sector already does the water and electric. some parts of the west coast already implement the building of roads and bridges. and as for a fire department, we already have plenty of volunteer fire departments, with which the facility can be donated by any amount of citizens

  • And who's going to keep the electricity going in the fire department? And the plumbing? Who's going to keep their phones going?

  • @conspiracy777, our taxes provide those services for us AND people all around the world, which is partly what makes them so unfair. The political class has no right in taking so much money from all of us and giving it to all their friends around the world. Other people in the world need to learn how to take care of themselves for once. It's time we start thinking about Americans first. That would be real change.

  • i love the idea!
