I thought that, too, which attracted me to it.

But no, it's an OVA called Switch. It's based off a manga and the animators that made Death Note made this.

I liked it but it was only one episode and the second wasn't subbed in english.

I think the manga finished in Japan and they print it in America. I'm too poor, though.

I don't rememeber where I watched it. I think I may have googled it, fell in love with it and then downloaded it via torrents.
