Review: Jesse's Girl Baked Eye Shadows

These are all on clearance for $2 at my local Rite Aid. Why I didn't stock up today I don't know. I was trying to be good. But you can't really be bad if they are only $2 each. I'll go get them tomorrow :-)

i just bought all six colors!!! my 1st JG shadow purchase,,,BANGIN!!!,,,1.50 each at my local riteaid,,labeled 4$ so i figured id try a couple (pink and green) to see if i liked em but when they rang up i went and got the others lol and the 6th color is "skywalker" light blue w/ very slight dk blue veining,,,comparable to the light blue in the sea and sky,,the dk blue in sea and sky is my favorite blue shadow hands down

Hey there and thank you for commenting! I actually used a setting lotion by mango & lime products along with some perm rods (white/medium ones), sat under the dryer and voilla!!

they are 3.99 at riteaid.. but they didn't have the color i wanted which is moonbeam. i went on the jesse's girl website and they don't have it up..

Ahhh moonbeam. Bummer that you couldn't find it. I actually contacted the Jesse's Girl website via email and asked them why they didn't have them available for purchase. The rep emailed me back and told me that they would be on the website soon....that was almost 2 months ago (go figure)!

they don't have them on their website, I've looked too, and I'm not sure why! The only "mineralized" like shadows they have are the color my world shadows. :)

So I heard that the website sucked butt and has not been updated (major mess up on their part). They do however have them at Rite Aid stores. Hopefully you have one closeby. They need to work on that glitch and update their dang on' site! Thanks for your comment!!

Thanks gurlfriend. I have swimming as well and there is a difference....Swimming is more green whereas Golden Meadow has a bronzey glow to the green if that makes sense. Now u know I'm a makeup junkie I love it all!

Hey gurl! Now u know u could've called me with ANY questions. The bracelet was from a silver store in a mall in ATL. I have been using a combo of things. I'm still using the Iman foundation but ONLY as a concealer on a few dark spots then I top it with MSF in Deep Dark. I also use MUFE HD Powder to set it and voilla! Now I expect a phone call soon better yet, imma do u one better and give you a call tomorrow 8-1. Smoochez!

NOpe, I never tried the JG foundation. IMO drug store brand foundations are trial and error. Before it's all over you'll see that you've bought some products that just weren't worth your time and others that were great. With that being said, I have tried the Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse. I did notice that it was a bit oily but I toned the oil down with good mattifying base before I applied it. The Dream Mousse ran me $8 tops! Hope this helps.
