Rare YES! The Vin# is one of the lowest vin outside of the NCM in Bowling Green, KY its a survivor, any other 84 C4 you see is probably not going to have the CFI 350 V8,,, that will nulify its Survivor status i have the original engine and no mod to the CFI

Its not rare I see these all the time... but this one is by far the best kept one ive ever seen and that is hard, I have an 81

i do have late 83 c4 with European specs(different mirrors cloth seats and different yellow tail light) and it has 2000 miles on it but my bad luck the car was crushed

@gattyNo1 GO FOR IT and get one...Get an 84.... Ebay is a good place to start..Search "1984 C4 corvette"..pay particular attention to the Engine fuel injection... ask about the Cross-fire Fuel injection if it's in perfect running condition suspention ( get a Z-51 ) make sure the shocks/ the FRS Springs are not cracked or damaged you should be able to find a nice coupe like this . you will appreciate this year since its getting to be a rare find these days.

@giddyupLittleC4 Thanx for the information men,im a muscle car guy since for ever,my dad has a z28 back in the 80's.. i drove 3 mustangs,one is the one in my video. and the las one was a t/a ws6,and sold it to a friend to buy me a bike but i find out >im not a bike guy! ..

But yeah men ill keep that point in mind,i just had in my head that i want an 6 spd. i guees is lil more hard to find rite? ?

OK 83.5 is that the build date and was sold as a 1984 model?

@RichStark412 -----Yes it's an 83 1/2 ( E code/ E5100521 is the VIN# ) The Build date is the 3rd week of February 1983 YEAH! Early '83 build with the build sheet to prove its legit and its one of a FEW Rare early 84's built at the BG plant I've retro-fitted racing brakes and lowered it/ put the GS hash marks and hand made emblems on the side panels thanks for the comment !

i am jealouse you have the glass top i am looking for one of those for mine ,....and i have borla exhaust from the catback but i am planning on cutting it and making it true dual take the cat right out of there ,....how does the crossfire motor run when i worked for GM we had problems with them motors all the time and how many horse is yours as i don;t remember i know mines 250 and i test em all REGULARLY hahahah but with all the snow it hasn't been out too much ,.really nice car man
