For anyone who is neutral, This video does more harm to Masood than good. It shows his Propoganda techniques.
He pre-scripted his call and then recorded it cleverly, engineered his question to make his opponent look as if they want to attack.
At one point the other side asks him "Kudaam Hamla--what attack" which he avoids and changes topic on.
If anything, this is historic evidence against Masood. His supporters are probably too blind to realize that this is a negative for Masood.

Hazara was the tribe which has been deprived since ages in Afghanistan, but their great degree of patience and rich culture did not allow them to fight for the sake of politica power, they are trule honest and that is why believed in words of either of the tribes, Tajik and pashtoon, but none of them proved to be trust worthy.

Unfortunaly, I can't fully agree. Maybe he was a good man before 1995 but when the Taliban took over Mr. Massoud ran out of arguments why his soldiers should fight against such a superior, western-supported military power. After all, the soldiers were insecure why they should obey Massoud after he was dropped by these very same western supporters like a hot potato. In order to spur on his soldiers combative spirit Mr. Massoud came up with his idea of a battle for ethnic supremacy.
