Only Singers like Nachiketa can make Robindra Sangeet more popular and break the artificial limitations imposed by so called "people". We can actually connect ourselves to Robindra Sangeet when sung by Nachiketa. I think Robindra Sangeet is becoming like Sanskrit Language in the olden days - practised only by the elites and thus today no one speaks it.
if one is allowed to quote different sentence, lines from great literary work, political literature then we should allow a musician to quote a music in his creation. Nachiketa has quoted Nabindranath Tagore's song.
lil bit copy but he said nothing bad or something against Rabindranath...he said the reality as Rabindranath did^^so where is the problem??? the people who are good for nothing create such kind of useless topic...nothing else^^c hill nachi dude chill..you are good ...
Nachiketa should be more positive & spend more of his creative energy in spreading the light of Divinity. If he realizes what he dreamed and said, that he will disappear, retire etc., then he will never be a man of courage, but a coward. He has that divinity in his heart but yet not manifested through his creation. Surely passion is not the expression of that but dispassion. We wish love, peace & happiness for Nachiketa and divine blessings to become what he is really & that is yet to come.
It is expected from any Nachiketa fan to be angry or upset by his comment on his death or retirement etc. But buddy, he is not like you and me, he lives in a different World. Artists like him always breakdown at their old age when they don't have any more popularity and that time you and I will smile or dance on someone else s' songs, we will forget him after 20 years from now. So, he wants to retire during his high time. This is a very positive decision from his side for his own life.
Nachiketa is really a great artist, composer & singer. He is deeply philosophical, mystic, passionate. But his philosophy of vanishing from spot light, his death is rather very negative, selfish and more painful to listen for those who like his songs.

Cool. Rabindranath is not anyone's father's property. Robithakur's songs are not patented by left or the right.
