It's a byte at the address 0x00004C34 in the rom file for this game, change it to 20 with a hex editor and upload the rom to a flashcart for it to work.

you need a MKDS rom to open it in any hexeditor like Hex-Editor MX. then you modify the game. after this you have to load the modified game wie a module like m3, sc, ezflash or something similiar!
