I had 14 mini romman candles taped together and used a sparkler for the fuse so I had time to get enough altitude before they fired off. Lots of fun!

That was a GWS slow stick with a brushless motor and lipo battery. That plane has no power with the brushed motor it comes with. MORE POWER = MORE FUN!!

Did the roman candle shooting the charges off affect the flight of the slow stick in any way? Did you have it pointed downward?

I had the cluster of candles pointed down and it didn't have much affect on it other than being very heavy. I have another plane rigged up to shoot rocket engines off like missles with an electric ignition :)
