  • I find it amazing when a company gives you the recipe for a product and you make it, it comes out like or better than the one they have on shelves only you can can clearly pronounce and know what the ingredients were. Why do they feel the need to list the ingredients like a science experiment?

I think I'm going to list the scientific names for every ingredient in my next recipe just to see how many people want the recipe. =~D

Thanks for the video and history lesson. I never knew the age!

  • @LeakFreak Thanks for the really interesting comment! It was amusing.

  • Hi Linda!

You probably can't get the Chex cereal, but you can substitute another cereal that you like. I hope you are having a terrific day!

  • The closest thing we have to Chex is Shreddies. Looks like a nice snack, Betty. :-)

  • Your comment re-appeared! I think you will like the snack mix with Shreddies, in place of Chex cereal. You might want to take a look at the 2009 version of the recipe, which is now uploaded. (Sorry, but tomorrow is more Chex mix ["Muddy Buddies" or "Puppy Chow"--the chocolate-peanut butter version].) I bet you will be glad when I get finished with fall!
