The one who gave him her eye was the short haired one, and it was the right eye.

At 2:01 you'll see both girls argueing and it's when the short haired girl reveals that she gave him her eye. When she cries (short haired one), she cries from her left eye and can't cry with the right one. Whereas LJK, laughing at that time, unconciously cries from his right eye because that eye belongs to the short haired girl, and she was crying.

I like the intro and ending songs from the album in this video, very soothing. It was so cool to see her open her eyes and see that she's flying on a hot air balloon, that must've been scary, especially with LJK behind her LOL.

No, it's the long hair girl who gave her cornea to him.

If you watch closely @ the scene when Junki piggyback the long hair girl (2rd mv). You could see a drop of tear falls from Junki's left cheek while another drops from his right. The left is his and the right belongs to the long hair girl. And during that whole time, his gf did not cry at all...this is why he has a shocking expression on his face.
