I grew up seeing him in our neighborhood when I was a little girl. He was going door to door running for Councilman. He's from my neighborhood; Downtown Cleveland. He is similar to Ron Paul. Yeah, he was Mayor! Done it all. On his way up! Anyone can do it.
He should be supported because of his support for Row v. Wade. He is saying that the country needs a healer to decrease the frequency of abortion. The lack of support for new parent(s). Addressing your health, jobs, education, war mess ups. Create a healthy nation they you can care for healthy children.
I really hope that the Democrats pick Kucinich and the Republicans pick Paul..then we'd have a race for the White House that would be worth watching. Either way..our guys and gals overseas come home.
Wow! I've been saying that all along! Kucinich is from my hometown but, Ron Paul is equally good. He's also for Homeschooling. Tough to decide between these two men.
They are completely opposite - the only thing you see is a similarity on Iraq. Kucinich is a Marxist/Socialist - Ron Paul is a strict constitutionalist/free market advocate. Paul is the most hardcore right winger in the congress - all of your Kucinich federal programs would be completely abolished under Paul. I fail how you could even think they are remotely similar other than a freak intersection on a couple of issues.
Kucinich may be from my hometown and all but, I am certain about who I will cast my vote for. It will be for Ron Paul. I'm only 33. I have a family of my own. I am leaning Conservative the older I get. I believe in the Constitution and hope Ron Paul will end the CIA and IRS for starters. He is probably the most honest one of them all. I simply meant that they are similar in the way they give off a "for the people" and honest election appoach. Not in politics exactly.
Hey Sabrinac1, that comment wasn't meant to end up under yours! I posted it under somebody who said Kucinich and Paul should run on one ticket!?!? Can't find it now. My fault (Although I can't figure how that happened!).
I like 99% of what he has to say - A few of his ideas are a little sketchy - nobody's perfect, but you are right, he is the most honest of them all.
Republicans have been in office for the majority of the past decades and abortions have remained legal...it's a Supreme Court decision that is never going to change solely based on what the president supports.
I think the Democrats missed a great opportunity to have a great president with Dennis Kucinich.

Kucinich supports upholding Row v. Wade, and that is why we should not support him.
