I don't know the specifics here, but generally that sort of thing can happen when somebody 'breaks the record' without following all the rule sof the body that grants the particular record...they don't have the right sort of observers or documentation or something. Sometimes it's fair, like Jesse James doesn't deserve a record for things he claims beat the record. Sometimes it's just a technicality.

I was there for the 4 days seth was here at barangaroo,it was a good time had by all, the record had to be broken, the storm was comming,half the media had not arived yet so the rush was on, seth was going to do the jump on the saturday because the storms were comming he did the jump what you see in for the media because they all wanted footage of the jump,seth was busting his balls and back on every jump
