Oh, Bill knew Bin Laden was a threat. He thought he was enough of a threat to launch a missle into his compound. But when it turned out Bin Laden had left earlier he just gave up. When commanders in the field had Bin Laden Clinton was too busy with his scandel to do anything (according to his Marine guard).
