I was at this show and it was terrible. I've seen her several times and she used to be very melodic and expressive - just amazing. But at this show she was either flat or screaming. My friends and I decided to give her the benefit of maybe being sick.

Honestly. What's with the talking and screaming at the back? Some people should be smacked upside the head. They obviously don't appreciate this. On another note, you gotta hand it to the band...I know they practise and everything, but she sings this quite unpredictably...but brilliantly, of course.

@Arinozian I am glad someone else got a Billie Holiday vibe from Ms. Apple on this song. Fiona owes a lot to Billie, and it especially shows in her bluesier stuff. I love Fiona, and I love Billie they are both divine.

i love this song... ironically, being that the recording quality removes a lot of intensity from her voice, while becoming even more intense and haunting.

I love that part on the song in the album, and as usual she only makes it better live! I like this performance a lot, she seems like the only one that performs true to heart - I think she doesn't know how to do it any other way. and I'm glad she is heavy with mood :) but I'm glad she is feeling happier nowdays.
