Windows 7 Theme.

On the deviantart page,it says your SYSTEM MUST BE UP TO DATE.

I haven't upgraded my Vista in YEARS and it gave me the classic theme.

It's called reading the requirements.You guys should try it sometime.

have you patched your theme files? If not, use "vistaglazz" (google it) and then try the theme again

Since you have Vista Basic, you won't be able to have transparency because the original Vista taskbar isn't transparent on Vista Basic.
