The roland is great but id recomend the motif Xs8 :D

It depends on what your doing with the keyboard. I find Rolands best in Studio and Yamaha best for Live performance. Personally I have the Roland X8 as my main board and Motif XS module as add on.

Hi, congratulations on signing with G-Unit. I've listened to your blogs for about a year now and was well pleased you got signed up. You inspired me, so I recently got FL studio and have been playing around on it. I've never been musically talented so it was really fun being able to make tunes without being able to play an instrument. I also am a huge Dr Dre fan it was his 2001 material and also Adam F's/M.O.P.s tune Stand Clear that got me interested in rap music.

I think it is good. I was in the same situation as you when i was about 13(18 now) and talking the lessons really helped. Now i can play like Fur elise but also the teqniques you learn like chord progession and stuff is really helpful further.

Sure Dr Dre takes lessons now to improve his game so yeah

Elbe I have a question what is a "BAR" can you breakdown the definition of it, or what like musical scale it is or whaterver cuz I've heard different definitions with it, and when rappers rap witout the beat they kno how to count their bars....please help me wit this puzzling dilemna

theres another definition of a "bar"

thanks bro! the black keys and white keys are different notes. i think ur understanding of the keyboard as a whole is a little confused but its all good. id suggest looking up some traditional piano lessons on youtube and learn some basic scales. hope that helps, peace!

That's right you should be thinking of every note as an individual and not as a group e.g. (C and C#). But I think what tiktwiceman meant was probably how to differentiate two notes that are closely next to each other. This has to do with frequencies and a lot of people have problems with differentiating two notes that are only a few frequencies apart of each other. It even goes that far that some could have a pitch perception deficit but don't wanna scare anyone tho.

Thanks for your tips man, I like to replay songs, I also reconstruct songs, but it just takes me way too long, I need 1-3 days to reconstruct 1 song, whereas other people are able to replay complex chords and melodies (even if it's jazz) within minutes.

I hope to see you dropping more knowledge, YouTube is flooded with generic beatmaking videos now lol
