I hope hes not going Vegan. I have no problem with ethical treatment of animals but when PETA people say that its unethical to eat an animal thats when I get annoyed. Meat is a food source and if everyone gave it up there would be a hell of an animal pop. problem and there would be major food shortages. I think its great to let everyone know that they are skinning animals alive and treating them inhumanely but I draw the line when idiots say its evil to eat meat.
@erickeown1 Actually Eric, the food shortages are because we are feeding all the grain that should feed people to cattle instead. The earth could feed 2.5 billion people on a standard American meaty diet (which is unfortunately catching on in Asia) or 10 billion people on a vegetarian diet.

It's a renewable resource with much less of an impact on the planet then farming animals for consumption and using more plants and fresh water to raise those animals is only causing your 'future' children to starve. There are artificial vegie furs that look alike and noone's life is taken away in producing these. not all of them : Alec Baldwin (Narrated 'Meet your Meat') and Joaquin Phoenix ('Earthlings', mentioned in this vid.) are strong animal activists.
John thought we were nuts... until he sat down and looked at the situation at hand and saw some investigation videos. I feel this same action would change the lives of most people... if they just set back, killed their biases, and looked at what's going on, ya know.

Unless we are raised with this knowledge, we don't know - it's a well kept secret about where our food, pets and clothing come from. Yes, but killing cute little seal pups or foxes are more barbaric than acid burning alive a baby inside its mother... you can't hear it screaming as its skin is fried until it dies. Or when they are quartered alive. Or big deal about sticking scissors in the back of their heads, then sucking out their brain as it clutches fists in agony with its feet inches from the floor (and life) .... sorry Mr. Schnieder, big fan for decades, but humans butchering babies is higher priority...........
