They have a minimum price of 160 MS Points for stuff like this, it's so dumb. I downloaded the update on my xbox and it didn't work. Everything is still the same. I've tried deleting it and re-downloading it, but still no change. In other words, it's like I never even downloaded it. So, what should I do to get it to work? Any ideas?
@yettisarethebomb The Patch or DLC? The patch should prompt a download when you play, and you don't have to do anything else. To get the DLC to work you need to restart your career mode and select 2011.

For all the "special" people. This is the first time that the patch has passed QC. All the other times they found more bugs and took the time to get rid of them. @allstarchris1 At least Eutechnyx is willing to fix the problems unlike Electronic Arts. EA did not give a damn to fix the many glitches with NASCAR 09. They didn't make a patch to fix the controls of NASCAR 08. The physics were getting worse after NASCAR Thunder 2004. The worst thing they did out of every NASCAR related decision, was getting an exclusive license, which got rid of the NASCAR Heat series (from Monster Games) and the NASCAR Racing PC series (from Papyrus Designs Group).

This game will probably still suck. I wonder if the patch or the DLC will even come out! They said that it would probably be early May for the patch (still not out) and the DLC should be out around the All-Star race which is in late May (still not out).
@lefht As Watkins Glen is the only track in the season to feature pits on the right hand side of the track we would have needed to completely re-motion capture and re-work all of the animation of the pit crew, this would also involve re-modelling the cars so that the fuel cap would be on the other side. After careful consideration we thought that all of the time and resource involved in doing this task would be better invested in making greater improvements to other areas of the game.

Did they fix it where if you run out of fuel, it doesn't automatically end your race? Its happened to me where I relied on lessening and waiting for my crewcheif to tell me when to pit. It doesn't happen and I run out on the back straight but I know i can make it. But All i get is that statistic screen or something telling me simply YOU LOSE. Muhahahahahahaha. I know it could make it, its 200 ft away and Im going 150 wtf.

@TheAlog24 No, that's the far chase camera. The gamer is driving the #39, the 88 just came up to draft him and it looks like it's the roof cam of the 88 but it's not.

@MrSnowrocks They are not allowed to make the paint scheme look in any way like its advertising beer. That means no bottle, no logos. That also explains why the Kurt Busch paint scheme is the way it is in the original version

Did they fix it where if you run out of fuel, it doesn't automatically end your race? Its happened to me where I relied on lessening and waiting for my crewcheif to tell me when to pit. It doesn't happen and I run out on the back straight but I know i can make it. But All i get is that statistic screen or something telling me simply YOU LOSE. Muhahahahahahaha. I know it could make it, its 200 ft away and Im going 150 wtf.
