the debate is a moot point, a group from 2nd Bryan originally did cellblock tango for airband in 2003... who's been copying whom is a stupid argument considering how many times it's been done
the youtube videos that she consulted for ideas (when she was stuck...since she choreographed this in like a day) did not include anything smath related. we didn't even know that you guys did it in 07, and if we did, we wouldn't have even looked at yours. I just saw your attempt, and thought that as a group who claims the title "dance ensemble," it really wasn't that good. stop being so possessive and stuck-up over a so-so dance and a horrible performance.
first of all, I am appalled at ur overblown self-conceit since u have the balls to think we would have copied this dance from you. this dance was choreo'd by a VERY good friend of mine who worked very hard on it without any help from the likes of YOU. as a performer in this dance, we worked very fucking hard putting this together and i don't appreciate your taking credit for an idea that has existed since this movie was made. please don't flatter yourself in thinking that took this from u
Alright folks, let's not get all up in arms about this. It was a great show. They did a great job.
And honestly, it doesn't matter if it was or wasn't their original idea. They did it their way, and did a good job. The 2HL Matrix ping pong wasn't their original idea, but they put their own tricks and twists into it, and it turned out pretty awesome. Same here.
holy shit i just saw ya'lls...i choreographed the al lipshitz one and i swear i didn't steal the "dead" thing from you. that was deff just coincidence, I came up with it on the spot. sooooo sorry if the words made us choreograph similarly but you seriously can't blame us for that.
Are you kidding? Besides the beginning it's nothing like the 2007 choreo (which sucked, by the way), just admit they did a much better job than you and we can all move on.
