  • This spring I am going to start the Yi Jin Jing. I have some questions.

The process begins with the 100 day programme. How does this look like? How can I imagine this?

How much time does it take to practice every day? One hour?

    Thank you for help!

  • There are so many kinds, style, names, etc., everyone trying to out do others saying theirs is better than others.......like doing a sale of a similar product only the name/where its made? etc., in reality most movemenst were copied here and like "rojak"...mixed here and there! So u really won't know which is better for your body util u try it out and see any good results in 6-9 months. So becareful all!

  • its very easy. the "secret" is the respiration associated to the contraction movement.

my english is a poorglish, anyway. each movement is done 10 times. inhaling when you make the contraction movement, then exhaling an start again

  • @MrChemanfu Should there be a physical contraction, or only a mental visualization of physical contraction? Thank you.

  • @effilang there is a physical contraction in the inspiration. very smooth, but present

  • @MrChemanfu Actually the movements are done 49 times but you have to build up slowly step by step Its best to start with 3 to six repetitions. It can be very strwenuous for some people and should be trained under a qualified Qigong teacher.

  • @MrChemanfu Wrong its not just about breathing associated with the contraction

  • Hi There, cannot wait for english subtitle version :)
