Yes it is too fast and yes your guitar is out of tune. But thats fine for a years playing you did ok. I would suggest practicing with a metronome as it helps beginers with their timing.

Forget all the criticism buddy. Good job I say! You know, players of that kind of style, or an old bluesy style, tune their guitars a little bit out on purpose to sort of capture a "rugged" vibe, for lack of a better term. I imagine that song being played by a guy hitching a free ride across the country in a freight train, and I think the guitar being out of tune sort of reflects that. I like it.
