I need to know if i can save these to a memory stick somehow... I want to share these with my students but the local school board has a block on youtube...?

I think you can do this if you are using FireFox. It shows a film icon at the bottom status bar that if you click will allow you to download it. You only need to set the filename and I think you can set the extension to ".flv". The saved file should be playable using VLC Player (and I think other players as well).
