Who ever filmed this obviously wasn't looking at the Colorguard.... Oh well. I was in it so I guess I can remember what it looks like. This was a windy ass show anyways though, and we had to take out tosses. Bummer
1:09-1:49 is amazing! my favorite opener (other than phantom) in DCI 2007! im not sure what they judges were looking at, putting them 15th with only an 81.change
I give you guys a lot of respect, you completely re-wrote your show during tour. That must have been them most stressful time ever. Look forward to seeing you guys in 08'.
agreed. im so pumped for this coming season id like to see the scouts just rip apart finals and show everyone they are still great, even though the judges dont like them.
I heard poeple on some other boards bashing the Scouts show and couldn't really respond because I hadn't seen them. After seeing this video I can honestly say those critics were fulll of it. Scouts still rule. They could do the same music next year and do some real damage.

hehe well this year they have the director i believe of the blue devils during their big winning spree and some other guys from winning corps. so i think 2008 should go a bit better now that they have everything set up on time unlike last year lol.
This was a sad year and a year of accomplishment for what Madison went through. With hardly any vets and all new staff they probably had the greatest point value increase in July because the rebuilt the show. Its awful watching the scouts not make finals, I missed them!
i saw them at drum beauty this year in MN. they we're great. i fell in love when they did the opener with the straight line, and of course playing kashmir. fantastic show, indeed.
My friend marched the madison scouts colorguard this year. He said that the staff were amazing, but unfortunatelyt hey had trouble with the drill earlier in the season. The ended up rewriting their entire show at the beginning of july, so all of this is new. The staff actually pulled everything together. It's just the fact that the show they took to DCI was about 3-4 weeks old.
that is nuts!!! Kashmir is one of my favorite rock songs ever, and Madison does a good job of performing it. This is a combination of old madison and new madison, and it is a good combination.
