most if not all cell phones have gps, what they should do, and im all for this, is disable phones while moving at more then 15 mph.. only thing you can see is caller id so you know whether u should pull over or not. its the only real way to force people not to be on the phone while driving

In Canada you loose 1 point out of 14 and have like 50$ fee for driving while having a cellular phone. If you have an accident while using cell phone (they discover it....) you can have neglicted criminal euh "negligence criminelle" and have some years of prison. if you kill someone while using cell phone in car you have 3rd degree homicide or unwanted homicide....

That looks very fake to me, the speed at which they collided would not be enough to make a full grown human to fly so high and when the 'body' hits the ground, it does so like a dummy especially when the arms just flop about loosely. As a motorcyclist myself and having been in a relatively similar accident myself, this just seems very unreal to me.

Me and my dad were in the car and at a light. When it was our turn to go we got hit and my dad was only two inches from getting hit. If they moved over two inches, my dad would be dead. I was in the front seat for the first time (IN HIS CAR). I had been in a car accident but not like this. My dad was unconcious for a few minutes witch scared me considering the fact that I was only 10. Im very thankful to have my dad. I'll be turning 12 in may so this will always be fresh on my mind.

It is now illegal in British Columbia Canada to use any handheld device while driving! (called the distracted driving laws) Too many people where dying in MVA's due to distraction. However it seems the truck drivers and/or rich buggers in their expensive BMW's or Mercedes don't seem to think the new law applies to them.

In New York, it is illegal to use a cell phone as a driver. I'm not sure if it pertains to a blue tooth, but I know that it is illegal to have a cell phone in hand as the driver of a vehicle.

Here in Ohio it is perfectly (and stupidly) legal.I know in Italy they can take your license if you are caught using a cell phone while driving unless you are using a bluetooth or handsfree. And if you cause an accident because of it they can put you in prison. It should be like that here.
