  • Why don't these cooking show people know how to say Panko correctly? Food Network, Cooking Channel, Youtube... it's pronounced "Pahn-ko" not "Pain-ko"

    I'm not even Japanese and it annoys me LOL ^_^

    Fried tofu is stil pretty healthy - it depends on the stuff you cover your tofu with =)

  • @sara46762 You should never deep fry with olive oil because olive oil has a low smoke point.

  • Thats why you should deep fry with tofu. The oil doesn't turn transient which is better for you arteries

  • The smoking point of olive oil is too low for deep frying. At 350 degrees, the olive oil will smoke and catch on fire. I agree with you. olive oil is better for the arteries.
