hello there, i have the same Primera p11. I am having problems with gaz cabel (pedal gas cabel you know), how can i fix it, when i drive , during accelaration , when i let the gas cabel free, the gaz doesnt go down, by 0.7 x 1000 r/min but he hangs at the 2 or 1.7 x 1000 r/min. I I bought 2 gas cabels, but its the same problem, mechanics cant fix it. Does every primera p11 have the same problem? need help. thank you

why didnt you just use a sr20det in like my mate did about 5 years ago. that would be the best way to do it, his would take your doors off mate running 300hp.
Few reasons, one being I bought this engine already rebuilt with forged pistons, eagle rods etc. Any Pulsar engine would need a full rebuild, all thrashed. This setup was specced out for 350 and has recently been dynoed at 297 with improvements being made all the time so I think the doors are safe :-)
so your motor only has the 9mm big end barings not the 13mm gtir ones, does it have the oil jets to cool the back of the pistons, i see its not on throttle boddies which allows better intake like the pulsar lump has, have you had it down santa pod? his ran 13dead.
Every month when I got paid, too much money was going on the car to get it on the road and it was causing tension at home. When I had the car mapped, hot start had not been done. On the very long journey home from mapping, we stopped at a services and the car would not start. That was pretty much the start of the end. I realised at that point, it was on the road but nowhere near full completion and she had to go. Happy to say the car is now producing good figures for the new owner :-)
Hi, a project like this costs a lot of money to put together, make sure the parts you buy are all going to hook up before you go spending. Drop into the owners club (npoc) to discuss your plans in detail :-)
Hi and thanks, the price to modify is always high! The price for all of those parts runs into thousands of pounds, luckily I had a great result with the labour and fabrication otherwise it would have gone out of my reach too easily.
verrrrrry nice!! I have a P11 GT myself and have been dreaming about turbo-ing it for a long time now, but there are some evil laws here that make this a lot more expensive than just the material. I'd be very interested in an overview about all the changes you made, where you got the parts from, did you change the ecu, just everything... have fun driving :-)

@truwel00 The ECU is the standard one, a company called Horsham Developments can map the standard one now, it's all good :-)

hello there, i have the same Primera p11. This is just like I amagine my Primera :) I got a P10, 1996 model SRi, its the same as yours, only non-turbo. Primera P10's are beautyful :)

I never had the car finished to the point of getting her on the dyno but she was specced for 350bhp. I couldn't say though where she was at.
