cool video I am a fan of the B&O In fact I have been out in my shop cosmeticlly restoreing a B&O CPL signal got in pieces with another signal collection the head and marker light only no pole I did not even realize the B&O CPL was in the collection untill I got it I hope to make it light up again someday great muselm I hope to return there someday
@gjhgjh I think it's more from lack of space than anything, especially after the fire they had years ago (that very nearly claimed the beautiful Bicentennial locomotive and managed to burn up its tender). At least the older, more fragile pieces are safely stowed away inside.
@BaltimoreAndOhioRR ive been there a couple years ago and i loved the place, im a big csx fan and seeing some of tehre predecessors made me happy, i wanna go again soon
The f series cutout was pretty interesting. Was that made for the museum, or?

Beautiful video. I am surprised by the number of important pieces you found that need care and shelter.

@educatedcockroach I did not know about the fire. The roof collapse gets publicity. Tough little RR museum here.
gjhgjh 1 year ago
@gjhgjh For sure. I'm thankful it is so tough, seeing as it holds so many important pieces.
