  • unico ruim e a qualidade do video

  • ESCLARECIMENTO: O RIO AMAZONAS ENPURRA o Oceano Atlantico.

  • I dont care if I die of malaria, I am going to surf that wave one day!

  • How it possoble?! The river is renamed as other names at somes stretch as: Solimoes, Marañon, Ucayali. well, in truth that "rivers" does not exist cos' is just stretches of the Amazon river!!! See an article at wikipedia: "List of rivers by length". You´ll see amazon at second place but reading the text before the list you´ll see a observation saying: the doubt who´s the longest river between themselves" well, if we have a doubt we have to discover really who´s the greatest between them!

  • well, according to world´s river measurement classification, The specialists measures river Nilo and amazon since ourselves sources places until ourselves mouths and discovered that amazon river is the largest and either the longest river in the world. Amazon borns in Andes Mountains at Peru and belongs to Brazil and then the Atlantic Ocean. The Basin of Amazon either is the greatest in the world. The depth also be the greatest and either the width and length!!

  • @msadp you speak as a real exper, but your info ir wrong....kkkk....yes Amazonas borns in Peru, and a good segment of it runs through the country.....I´ve been there.....

  • actually that is some of the cleanest water in the world because it is untouched and has no chemicals ect in it.

  • @DJBOSMUSIC fuck that looks like aids water to me

  • @DJBOSMUSIC eXCEPT FROM THE OIL COMPANIES IN ECUADOR AND THE COKE TRAFICKERS IN PERU AND cOLOMBIA THAT THROW SPENT CHEMICALS IN THE WATER

  • @DJBOSMUSIC no chemicals doesnt mean its clean ...lol^^

As easily can see its full of mud.

Yeah ok , its naturally but there a lots of places where the water is free of chemicals, mud , etc.

    Just crystal clear water.

If its in the Alps or in the Caribean doesnt matter.

But the Amazon is obviously a dull, muddy water and definitely not clean :D

  • @Jockl666 It is just fresh water but definitely not clean or safe enough to drink.

  • mmmmmmmmm sewage water

  • it doesn't work like that actually.. But nice point.

  • Fuck, U.S. rivers are just as bad.

  • you won't die of dysentery by swimming in amazon river too. water's color is because the mud in river depth.

  • from 00:45-00:55 perfect barrel.....=x !!!!

  • how do those waves form'

  • In the indigenous language of the Amazon region, Pororoca, which means "big bang". This occurs in times of great ocean tides. In short, are waves of fresh water that build up in rivers and bays where there is a wide variation between the high-tide and low tide.

  • In Brazil, the phenomenon of Pororoca occurs in the Amazon region, mainly at the mouth of his biggest and impressive river, the Amazon. The sudden elevation of the water near the mouth - caused by the meeting of tidal currents or against - makes the sea water river runs inside with a speed of 10 to 15 miles per hour rising at a height of 3 to 6 meters (!)

  • que legal!!!

  • muito linda aa nossa amazonia!!!!!!!!!!!ehehehehheheh

  • WOW that hollow left section was beautiful! I think that is my next dream, to surf the Pororoca!

  • u no dat! that barrel was soooooo perfect even though I may not surf there i wish i saw somebody pull in on that so i could see the size of it.

  • valeu

    Parabéns iramão belo video

    Brasil sempre

  • I meant unhabited

  • uninhabbited lmao

  • but what about the creatures lurking beneath it? anacondas, crocodiles, leeches..wtf man, fuck surfing that

  • its a mojor adrenaline rush try it on the amazon dude ^^ lot more danger lot more adrenaline whitch means hell yeah surf that shit

  • Get out there and surf a tidal bore..ANY tidal bore. It's one hell of a rush. I've never surfed the Pororoca, but the Severn is definitely worth a try, the Mascaret is supposed to be good, and the Turnagain Arm looks pretty awesome.Don't knock it til you've tried it.

  • and what about the sharks?

    just surf the waves man,

  • ur idiots,,,the color of this water is because of the sediments that the river carries on and not because of polution. This area is almost unhabitted

  • freakin' nasty water....:S

  • cool video! what's the name of the song in this footage? love it!

  • buena ola!!!!!...voy para allá

  • Be great just to find a Surf spot with only two guys out.

  • you should of been on that left getting shacked take me there!

  • this video is cool but the water is nasty how do u surf in that

  • the colour of water is due to the river sediments. Its pure, area totally inhabited. Zero polution. However, surfing pororoca is unique. dark, deep water carries branches, tree trunks that may get you tangled in a fall and carry your body for many kms

  • nice vid!

  • 45-55 is such a sick barrel.

    FOR A RIVER WAVE TOO!

    Far out

    Great vid.

Im so gonna go surf there.

I still got 50 years to do it.

  • problem is you have to be good, because the waves dont happen very often

  • Respect to the Pororoca surfers. What a cool looking wave.

  • wow thats amazin...and waves was actually barreling reeaally good...i hava to go there 1day an do that

  • :O qe tubote el del segundo 45

  • Wow, this has definitely changed my perspective on river surfing. I thought it was like "you seen one you seen 'em all" but this is incredible. That wave (0:45 -- 0:55) was one of the most perfect barrels I have ever seen in my life let alone for a river wave.

    Cheers mate, that was awesome!

  • caralho que direita que quebra, sinistra com uma valinha acompanhando, lipe fino..

  • Brilliant.Respect to the Pororoca surfers. If you want to surf a tidal bore, check out tidal bore research society on the net. There may be a bore near you. They don't need to be big, because they're much more powerful than sea waves. Who knows, you could be pioneering an unsurfed wave. Check them out on the biggest tides. Don't surf them alone.

  • pode crer!hauha

  • I wanna see Andy, Bruce and Slater surf this!

  • é... fiquem divulgando pros gringos o q a gente tem aki... porra, depois ficam reclamando de que eles vão invadir a amazonia
