Such as stories about a mighty hero rising up and beating the odds. An age old formula that has proven to work and has been expressed through many ways. Ok... firstly, you have the grammar of a 9 year old. Secondly, yes, they are still making the movies they said they would. Funds and support for the Stargate franchise is the best it's been in years!
SGU is just... they're just being stupid with Universe.
Stargate Atlantis was different and took some getting used to for people. Universe is past different. It doesn't feel or look like Stargate, the characters are underdeveloped and mostly just not good in the first place so developing them will just make people hate them even more. It's just not a good show. Oh well, two out of three.
I think its a good, if NOT compared to SG-1 or Atlantis, which has the same style i BOTH acting and script. Universe is like its own series, doesn't feel like it's the same creators at all... I think they should drop SGU and build more on Atlantis.
@Dudemag His passing isn't even mentioned until the series finale of SGA. Sam tells Sheppard that she was off world when it happened; when she returned, she was informed that the then-retired Hammond had suffered a major heart attack at his home. I think that's what happened with the actor, as well. It was a nice little tribute to him, and they named a ship to be used in Soapgate Universe after Hammond.

Episode 1 "Redemption part 1" when the F302 is made. And like the video says, Chevof wants a Russian on SG1, and Jack being Jack drops that subtle hint of the F302 in his 'no way' reply.
I'd like anyone reading all these comments to actually pay attention to those 4 seconds and tell me what you hear. Either "riding" or "rotten" corpse.

I have extremely high quality headphones and my audio fidelity is incredible.
I guarantee you, with 100% certainty, that line DOES NOT say riding.

Stargate Atlantis was different and took some getting used to for people. Universe is past different. It doesn't feel or look like Stargate, the characters are underdeveloped and mostly just not good in the first place so developing them will just make people hate them even more. It's just not a good show. Oh well, two out of three.

I think its a good, if NOT compared to SG-1 or Atlantis, which has the same style i BOTH acting and script. Universe is like its own series, doesn't feel like it's the same creators at all... I think they should drop SGU and build more on Atlantis.

@Dudemag His passing isn't even mentioned until the series finale of SGA. Sam tells Sheppard that she was off world when it happened; when she returned, she was informed that the then-retired Hammond had suffered a major heart attack at his home. I think that's what happened with the actor, as well. It was a nice little tribute to him, and they named a ship to be used in Soapgate Universe after Hammond.

Its was because of our ideology dude. There were comi's and they were trying to out match us by overthrowing other goverments. They did give a lot weapons to our direct enemy.
