Her music also went down. It used to mean something & encourage girls 2 b themselves. Now it has sexually ridden themes.

NO PEOPLE. here's whats going on. the studio version is really playing in the background..and sometimes or the whole time..she's really singing to it. it helps her to catch up and not mess up. it makes it easier. you can tell this at the chorus at the beginning. and plus, EVERY pop singer lip sings. its normal, so it doesn't make them a slut or a joke or whatever you want to name them

Yeah, I'm a fan of hilary duff, and I don't think she's completely lip synching. It's a tough call though. The problem is that the playback is louder than her mic. It's okay to have playback IMO, as long as the mic is clearly louder than the playback. Playback is supposed to be for backup vocals, not a person you're having a duet with.
