When they upload videos concerning Java, Sumatra, etc, they'd make sure to be precise (Yogyakarta, West Java, West Sumatra, Aceh, etc), but when it comes to the ones from Kalimantan, they would just give one name: "Kalimantan". As if our region is that small. Please give proper name, the video is about the Dayaks from Central Kalimantan (Ngaju/Maanyan tribe?).

I hope someone can help me out. I live in California and my parents are from the Visayan Island , Aklan. I was told my ancestors are from Borneo. My ancestor was Datu Paduhinog and was estimated he came to the Phililppines in the 16th century to escape the cruelity of the Sultan that ruled Indonesia. Can anyone tell me tribe Datu Paduhinog may have been. I do not know what part of Boreno he came from.

Can someone help me. My Maternal Grandfather was born in Malasia and spoke Malay. I have a paper that is almost brown showing where he came from to the Immigration Office here. I do not speak Malay and I've been trying to find out exactly what the paper says or where he was born. My sister was the one that said he was from Borneo.
