There is a lot more that happened, including our rights being taken because they wanted us to pay more than our income in child support, and they kept them for five years and my husband never saw them again because he passed away. They still have have my youngest son even though he is 21 but I got my daughter back when she turned 18. Please accept my friend request and advise me on this. Thanks.
I was wrongfully charged with unlawful transaction of a minor and my two children were taken from me without due process. A social worker lied and told the FBI that my husband was armed and dangerous while in his custody in order to cross two state lines to take the kids. How can I fight this and win?
