When buying your guitar i would advise trying out as many as possible. You can get lots of decent cheap copies but if you have the money i'd go for a good make like fender, gibson, ibanez or my favourite prs. they're all different so try before you buy.

Yeah man ibanez are top quality guitars. But they are not for everyone being a heavy rock player i would love one but for a country player probably be better off with a telecaster. Best advice is try every guitar in the shop and buy what suits your style

@qotsa007 if you havent bought one yet go for an Epiphone Les Paul Should cost around 500-1000 euros. It is just like a Gibson Les Paul just made by a different company. That is your best bet.

my friend u get what u pay for. I personally prefer fenders since they are a bit cheaper than most gibsons and for me they sound unbelievably good on a good amp. My advice to you: Fender Stratocaster
