  • Спасибо вери гут

  • your videos are very useful for me at the moment. I need to learn loads of styles for uni

  • It sounds so easy, but it sure isnt! Btw, I've watched more of your videos: you can play every style dude! That's awesome :D

    Keep up the good lessons!

  • you rock... I enjoy watching your lessons and trying them on my guitars... I really enjoy country and folk music... and I hope you'd do a lesson of something like ventura highway, four strong winds, or dust in the wind style guitar techniques... thanks for the tips...

  • thanks

  • you are amazing! i love your style and you have helped me so much!!! ive learned alot in the last 8 minutes! you are funny too!!!

  • When buying your guitar i would advise trying out as many as possible. You can get lots of decent cheap copies but if you have the money i'd go for a good make like fender, gibson, ibanez or my favourite prs. they're all different so try before you buy.

  • @dave081082 ibenez for sure

  • Yeah man ibanez are top quality guitars. But they are not for everyone being a heavy rock player i would love one but for a country player probably be better off with a telecaster. Best advice is try every guitar in the shop and buy what suits your style

  • help me on this one please,

I'm getting a guitar, and i'm willing to spend a maximum of 2500-3000 euro's on this (lats say it's 3250 dollars), would you say like: no dude, don't go out and buy a les paul or fender strat/ tele or whatever, there are way cheaper guitars and they are as good as the big names,

or are names like gibson/fender/... really the best?

please help, this is an issue i could save a lot of cash with

    ty ..

  • @qotsa007 if you havent bought one yet go for an Epiphone Les Paul Should cost around 500-1000 euros. It is just like a Gibson Les Paul just made by a different company. That is your best bet.

  • Get a Fender Telecaster....and forget anything else....this from a guy thats played since 1957....or a Strat....you dont need anthing else ever ever ever..........

  • Nah the instrument is only as good as the musician.

  • @Ieatbabyseals so if i give you a piece of shit guitar left out side in the weather for a month its all warped and water logged you could play it...

  • @123vaw123

Not very well, but I'd be able to play it better than someone that couldn't play guitar.

  • @123vaw123 like Rory Gallagher's guitar? sure, his sound suffered in the later years, but it's very rarely the guitar that makes the music. Jack White consistently uses shit guitars as well.

  • @Ieatbabyseals the instrument matters, big time.

  • @gamergeek3000

    The musician matters, big time.

  • @Ieatbabyseals agree.

  • @goffbum

I do believe Waylon played one too, thats good enough for me,, although i have a new 335 LP Custom, & cant play a lick ! lol

but i do love the sounds of both, in the right hands of course

  • my friend u get what u pay for. I personally prefer fenders since they are a bit cheaper than most gibsons and for me they sound unbelievably good on a good amp. My advice to you: Fender Stratocaster

  • Epiphone is owned by Gibson. The quality is directed and controlled by Gibson. They are cheaper because they are made in China, and they do not say Gibson on them.

  • @TEB1952 my epiphone says gibson... and its not made in china... it was made in korea... but its fun to play at the beach...

  • @riclim22 : you are right. I get confused: Fender has gits made in Mexico, Guild has them made in China, and Gibson has them made in Kores. But an Epiphone is as good as a Gibson, just much cheaper. Have fun playing at the beach.

  • Well done lesson, but the Cash electric sound has nothing to do with weak-kneed Nashville session players -- it was Luther Martin who created it.

  • Try Luther Perkins son..........

  • Yeah, right. Can't believe I wrote "martin"

  • great vid !!! as usual..... thx man

  • Extremely useful lesson...Though I love Metallica kinda heavy music but I have a great fascination for country music...the kinda Cowboy Horse gallop or a steam engine moving and I wanted 2 learn that.

This was indeed a good startup.

    Thanks Marty.

  • 4:40

    xDDDDDD

  • Gr8 lesson, thanks. U rock lol. Ummmm, can I sleep with that guitar? It just looks so right. PLMK, thanks

  • great teacher, easy and complete

  • i dont think its for the biginners!!!

  • what guitar did he used?

  • Gibson 335

  • @OverSlyZed Heritage 535

  • Thanks Marty , you sound like ol' Luther.

  • My favourite teacher-on-tube...thanks from italy...

  • i think to play correctly along with johnny cash records, his time jumps all over the place vocally, you just gotta crank down a bunch of pills to level the playing field.

  • bless you too :D

  • Yeaaa whats uuupp? :D
