How can Cho hate Cilantro? Its used heavily in oriental cooking as well as mexican. Cilantro is great on fish, its a necessity in salsa & its odd but interesting in scrambled eggs with montery jack cheese or swiss or mozz. maybe some mushroom slices or diced fresh tomato?
