Adobe, best movie directors are also using it, they know which program is best to edit with.. :) but sony vegas is also very good, just less complicated and less effects available than in adobe ;)

how do i speed up my video preview in after effects. I have bought a new pc a asus with a Inte Core Quad cpu and 8Gb and a new video card Geforce Gt 220 1GB DDR3 wtih 64 bit os.. Everytime I'm doing the tutorial and trying to get the project done and at the end or middles it starts slowing down. I set my project at 720 HD. I have spent money buying and getting free after effects preset and I can't even view them in Preview cause is so slow, frustrating. please help me n suggestion, thank you.
