Thanks for posting this video. This brings back childhood memories riding the 4 as a kid. At that time they never had any express service . The scenery of the apartment buildings look the same and the only difference is the construction of the new Yankee Stadium.

About 6 years ago me and my brother was on 176 and the concourse smokin in the winter by that long ass stair case we was about to leave when we saw a bunch of kids take a cardboard box and break it down I said hold up I gotta see this shit and sure enough them kids rode that cardboard box all the way down those steps and wound up in the street nobody got hurt I wish I was almost tempted to do it

yeah when i started on the 4 train my friends was convincing me to go to the 2 cause at the time the 4 train had cases of people jumping in front of the train. so that was a stupid move for me so i talked to the boss i told him i wanted to be put on another route
