The word itself means "movie version", so... Guess it has to do with the All Rider movie. It was grouped in with the other cameo cards (like Terebi-kun and such), so I guess it's just something they put in there for the heck of it. :P

I think I know how he did it, the decadriver probably has a small barcode reader, or a simple sensor that reads black and white patterns, notice that in the regular kamen rider cards in decade, it always has barcode-like patterns at the bottom right side. this is the way the decadriver recognizes the cards and announces what type of card it is. I guess the poster has discovered a 100+ combination of cards, indicated in the number at the left-hand side of it. the only limitation is the voice bank
