i just had a thought... could it be that people who are having issues with installing dreamscene have PCs with low spec? The animated background must use windows memory and all that, so maybe if someone has a low spec PC with not so strong graphics card and Ram could be having issues? Just a thought.

I just installed this on two of my PCs running Windows 7 64bit, and I have not encountered with any annoying sounds or problems as Mugzy619 is mentioning. Also, you can always stop using any of the animated bacground by simply going into your background setting and change your background to normal image file. I don't know why few people seem to be having problems. Maybe I was lucky...

I feel sorry for you guys. If you have Windows 7:

Sound Fix: Right click on desktop; Click "personalize"; Click "sounds"; Click down the list and select "Windows Default". That should fix it.

Uninstall Fix: In the start menu, search "DreamScene"; under the DreamScene software there should be an "Uninstall DreamScene" button. Click it.

for anybody who finds proplems when in game play with the wallpaper in the backround just right click anywhere on main desktop screen & press pause dreamscene for those who installed it correctly but find it is giving you an error message please make sure you have windows aero running, do do this right click on desktop screen, choose personalise, click on colour & appearance & choose colour scheme as windows aero. normally this will be setup but if you have reinstalled windows it wont be set up.

It´s so simpe, first install the program, then just right click on any video

and go right as background, pause/play is an option available, also there
