There is no GBA version of Tales of the Abyss. Do you mean Phantasia? All of these scenes are from the openings of the games - Phantasia's is from the PS1 remake (released only in Japan).
I know. I've never played Phantasia, but I'm getting the GBA version soon. I just wish the PS1 remake was released here, because I'm sure the graphics would be better and all.

The GBA one is really fun. I think it gets incredibly hard though, or I just suck. I think I'm in the last dungeon or whatever and I'm like level 80 and I get killed often. Just remember to save as soon as you start the game. I died 4 times before I saved. That's 4 openings. I pretty much memorized it.
I'm not 100% sure, but if you have Swap Magic, you can play the PS1 version of Tales of Phantasia using Absolute Zero's English patch. I've heard very many good things about the patch and I heard that it was better than the GBA version.
I plan to do just that after I buy all the needed things. :)
