When you shell dash, you only get 200 points for each enemy. I can see why. However if you slide down a slope, instead of getting 200, 400, 800, 1000, 2000, 4000, 800, 1-UP, you only get 200. Why is that?

@Branch3CoffRedo because mario is... actually i dont know. i have a theary though, just like the koopas mario/luigi has a shell on but unlike the koopas size mario/luigi are mach bigger and heavier so there to heavy to give combos. that didnt make any sence at all did it.

I tried to play the whole game using the blue shell and never stop, But in many Levels it´s simply impossible. But some of those castle levels are possible, though insanely hard. ^^

It's gonna be hard to find but if I ever come across it I'll let you know. To you guys who have no freakin clue how to use it, you do a dash(the fast run by holding a button) and when you get fast enough you will shell dash. When you want to stop shellin', then let go of the dash button. You can jump while shell dashing, too.

When you are at the select a file menu, hold down L and R, then choose the file you want.

heres a trick

if the time u get in a level is 00 11 22 or 33 u get a red mushroom house

44 55 or 66 is a green mushroom house

and 77 88 or 99 is a mega mushroom house.

If u stuck on a boss, get a mega mushroom and it will be a 1 hit KO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow that song brings back memories. This is a comment for the old school gamers. One of the hardest fights in the entire game is right after that part with Dodo. Birdo took me forever to kill until i figured out that secret with the eggs. Man, i havnt played mario RPG in years.
