Anyway, I think its thoughts on superficial sympathy. Like, these people all know about Rin's disease, and as they talk about her, they're probably saying things like "poor girl.." and "she should do her best!", but she just gets annoyed because none of these people know her, so they can't truly care about her well being. "a statement made by biased eyes" may mean they're sad because they are supposed to be (media)

She also hates the fact that people are talking about her everywhere because she has a neew disease and she justs whants them to mind their own business
