The only thing I don't like about nebraska, no real place to buy them fresh, you can catch them. I can't afford traps, or you can order them, and thats always rediculously priced.
man... this makes me want to go to the south... I take that back, if the oil spill didn't happen, pre-oil spill, I mean... Is the south ever going to be the same? probably not.
@kaylanWAShere No han?! I'm sayin! Been cravin dat shyt fa a minute na... Need ta hit up dat seafood section... mmm-MMM!!! All dat spicynezz in ma mouth... I'm goin out tomorrow ta get sum. Fucc watchin diz shyt...
nyone who knows how to cook crafish? Everytime i try to make them like last week i made em and the juice just doesent seem to go in them at all...and it taste nasty without the spices and juices gonig in em. plz tell me the cajun sytle and how to do it plz!
I love Louisiana craw fish being boil! I'm gonna go to a restaurant that has New Orleans style cooking with a menu of craw fish on it! Thank New Orleans who invented lots and lots of food, music, culture and history! God Bless United States of America!
It's kind of strange to me how New Orleans has become associated with Cajun culture. Most people in Louisiana know this just isn't the case. C'est la vie I suppose. I'll be having a crawfish boil in about a week or so and this video's got me the envies.
@Feuchtraumfanta ....Tolerance also means being tolerant of other people's questions and either answering them kindly or minding your own business. I wouldn't ask if I had eaten them before. It was a simple question. If your TOO stupid to give an intelligent answer that's not my fault....wink wink =)
Julie, you're right about tolerance, but asking "how does X taste?" is stupid nevertheless. Just buy crawfish, or any other food for that matter, and try yourself! first, no one can really describe how a piece of food tastes, you must experience it for yourself. and second, everyone has got different sense of taste. what one person likes, the other will dislike.
so, I come to the conclusion, that your question was stupid to the third degree!
@Feuchtraumfanta... if you want to encourage tolerance...I suggest not being a jerk when someone asks open ended questions about a specific cultural food/music/or language. You are creating the kind of negative energy that obliterates growth and understanding of others. If you conintue to label an innocent question as "stupid" you are part of the tolerance problem; not a part of the solution. Stop preaching tolerance and be an example.
I agree with you Julie, if youve never tried them, how would you know what they taste like? To me, they taste similar to lobster and shrimp...hope you get to try them soon, I love em!!!
