Actually, you can, just do it with cards facing up. You can even work you charm by saying it's so the spectator can see what's being shuffled, "unlike the way other magicians do it:P"

At Night The Street Lights By The Place I Like To Mess With People At Is Kinda Yellow, But Just To My Left Is White Light, Thats The Set Up!! Use A Yellow Marker,Not Red Or Black, The Yellow Marker Is Invizible In Yellow Light, Lean To One Side, White Light, Yellow Marker Is Readable.

@Rouxloubac the first card doesn't have paper so they think it is a real deck, and even if you pick the first card the second card still shows the paper-the only time it doesnt work is if they pick the last card (check out my channel with helpfull card sleight tutorials)

@guppiemagic101 You can always have them pick the card then you look at the next one..see the number..then go write it down...have them pick another..then write it down again. Then when done picking 2-3 cards or so, tell them their cards in order.
