For the sake of this great country of USA we need to remove obama and his whole damn administration. Do you people really believe printing more money is going to solve our problems?? People need to wake up and fast or else have fun with your $5 Amero bills. lol
For a time, it seemed the federal govt. wouldn't make good on scrip paid to widows and vets of the revolutionary war, and the holders gave the scrip away, thinking it worthless. Then Hamilton as Treasury Sec. decided that the US would pay the full value on the scrip, and he told his cronies before the public knew. They got rich and the war widows and revolutionary war vets had nothing. Sound familiar? Obama calling Geithner a Hamilton is completely in character with the history of the US.
Little Timmy Geithner should take his dart board, which he uses to make decisions, and go play in his little sandbox in his mommies back yard. This twerp couldn't figure his way out of a open box.
I love how Osama brings up Alexander Hamilton and his weak attempt to compare him to Giethner. Alexander Hamilton wasn't a tax cheat! The democrats chickens are coming home to roost! (where have I heard that before?). They're all tax cheats or under investigation for ethics violations. Osama can't even fill his cabinet without finding another tax cheat or crook.
Right, especially after failing to pay $34,000.00 in back taxes. After 100 days, Obama seems to be having a little difficulty filling his cabinet positions.
He isn't getting off to a very good start. 3,600,000 lost jobs since Obama took office and the largest deficit in US history. We just lost over 600,000 jobs in April alone. Unemployment is now over 8.8% and Obama himself says unemployment will pass 10% by 2010. If he plans on running for re-election he'd better start moving fast.
I'm not so sure his plan will create that many new jobs. At the rate we're losing jobs now, it really won't make a very large dent in current unemployment. His cap and trade plan will not only harm the coal industry, it'll cause energy costs to skyrocket. Then it won't be so much of an issue whether you can afford your rent or house payment as much as whether you'll be able to afford the monthly electric bills. The elderly and retired living on fixed incomes will suffer greatly.
Eh, i dunno about that. Maybe, maybe not. I support Obama. To me, that means I want his plans to work. I also supported Bush. even though I didn't agree to his tactics, more power to him if his ideas ended up working. At the end of the day the outcome will tell all.
I have several friends who voted for him. Most of them still like him. He is a likable guy. When he pushed his stimulus through without even giving anyone the chance to read it, that was my first concern. Now he's taken back the middle class tax cuts. Not that they were that great to begin with. And on top of that, the business with the CIA. Democratic congressmen had 2 emergency closed door sessions this week because the CIA director is concerned about low morale for releasing documents. Scary.
It was over-regulation of the mortgage industry i.e. the Community Reinvestment Act that got us into this mess. Republicans during the Bush admin tried to fix it but their efforts were struck down by Democrats.
The Bush admin set records for economic growth and job creation so you might want to check your sources on that. And also the incorrect claim that Democrats leave office with lower unemployment numbers than Republicans.
Yes it would be much much better to lose what Bush spent "AND" lose what Obama is spending just to try and make a FORMER president look bad ...........HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
WTF! First, Dodd wrote the bail-out restrictions. THEN, the Treasury Dept. (Geithner, Summers...) said the restrictions were too harsh. The Treasury Dept. REWROTE the restrictions, and made them weaker. Listening to Obama lie and lie and lie is getting ridiculous. Obama is sticking hard with his corrupt Wall St. administration.
the new sec treasury both republicans and democrats in gov said they had to have!!! he was the only one who could deel with all this!!!! all i heard from both sides is how he is the only one to do the job, i was like what? putting a lot on one guy one sec treasury arnt ya? dems & repubs insisting on this sec tresure new laws have been writen for rest of money AIG was not on these yet wich is sad how they took advantage of the country and goverment AIG Stinks

Obama did a little "Tap Dance" around that issue. May be next time Obama will use his feet to do the dance rather than his mouth.

"AIG" is a government sponsored program that benefits us all.Its a socialized program in other words.
If I stopped getting my Mail ,I would be screaming about paying the taxes for it.
TheYouToobPolice 3 years ago
"Socialism" : Taking money from tax payers and giving it to Ceo executives.
taking tax payer money and giving it to other tax payers with FAILED Mortgages.
taking healthy tax payers money and giving it to lifetime smokers for health care.
Taxing me for mail and representing it with actual MAIL delivery in return is not socialism.
